General Plan Update Working Group
BRENTWOOD, CA – The City of Brentwood is accepting applications from citizens who are interested in serving as at-large members on the General Plan Update Working Group. This nine-person group will include two City Council Members, two Planning Commission Members, one Parks & Recreation Commission Member, and four at-large members.
This group will be appointed by the City Council in February 2013 and will play a critical role throughout the two-year General Plan Update project, including providing policy guidance, identifying land use and circulation alternatives, and serving as a link between the community and the City Council. It is anticipated that this group will meet on a monthly basis beginning in February 2013, or as needed, in order to facilitate the necessary progress on the project.
