PLEASE CHECK BACK IN A FEW WEEKS FOR THE 2014 EVENT DATES (est. Apr/May and Sept/Oct).
Residents of Brentwood that have an active garbage account are invited to participate in our FREE Neighborhood Clean-up Events. Residents can bring up to 2 cubic yards (1 pickup truck load or a small utility trailer load) of unwanted household items including general yard waste, appliances, furniture, metal, computers, TV’s and other electronic waste free of charge, to the Brentwood Transfer Station.
When loading your vehicle, please segregate the following items, which will be recycled: appliances, metal, electronic waste, clean wood (unpainted/no particle board), cardboard, yard waste and car tires (max. 4). All other items will be disposed of in the general waste area.
No propane tanks, helium tanks, batteries, fluorescent light bulbs, paint, oil, aerosol containers, pesticides or any other hazardous waste will be accepted. See Hazardous Waste Drop-off Events below for more information on these items.
Look for your Neighborhood Clean-up Event flyer in the mail 3-4 weeks before the event. The flyer will give you the designated time window for drop-off on your given Saturday(s). In order to participate, you must bring your flyer and garbage bill from the City. If you pay online, you may print out a copy of your bill.
The clean-ups are held on Saturdays during spring and fall. Drop-off days and times are determined by address.
Please enter your street name, then click search. This will give you your street's clean-up days for both spring and fall.
Example: Oak (Street Name Only) DO NOT ADD St., Ct., Rd., Etc.
There is a maximum of 700 vehicles per day allowed by permit. If the maximum is reached, customers will be provided another day to come back to dump.
