This park is located off of Fairview Avenue between Regent Court and Baldwin Drive.

Summerset Park improvements are based on a Conceptual Plan presented at a public meeting to the local residents back in the early part of 2005. The Conceptual Plan includes the following amenities; walking paths, golf cart path, picnic area, benches, par course, horseshoe pits, turf areas in gentler slopes, rose garden, trees, shrubs and ground cover, and a golf cart parking area.

At the June 26, 2007 City Council meeting, City Council approved an Agreement for Professional Service with Abey Arnold Associates to design construction drawings and specification on the park improvements.

Contract documents will be available for sale in the middle of September.

October 14, 2008 Bids will be opened.

October 28, 2008 the project will be taken to City Council for approval.
