The Finance and Information Systems Department is responsible for the general supervision of City financial matters and information systems including preparing payroll, compiling budget expenses and income estimates, financial accounting and reporting, and collecting taxes, assessments, developer fees, business license fees, utility payments and other such funds. In addition, the department is responsible for keeping the City current with respect to technology. The department also manages the debt and investment program as well as the disbursements of monies and all claims and demands against the City. The Finance and Information Systems Department consists of the following three divisions: Business Services, Financial Services and Information Services.
