The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Brentwood is accepting applications from interested citizens for the Project Area Committee:

The total membership of the Project Area Committee shall be seven (7), divided among the membership categories as follows:

1. Two (2) members shall be Residential Owner-Occupants (one from each Project Area).
2. Two (2) members shall be Residential Tenant-Occupants (one from each Project Area).
3. Two (2) members shall be Business Owners (one from each Project Area).
4. One (1) member shall be a representative of an Existing Community Organization. The selected Existing Community Organization is the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce.

Current open positions are two (2) members as Residential Tenant-Occupants, one from each Project Area. To qualify under this category, the person must rent and occupy, as his or her principal place of residence, a residential dwelling located within the Downtown Project Area or the North Brentwood Project Area. To fill these open positions, the members of the Project Area Committee shall select a member to fill such vacancies. Qualified persons interested in serving as a Residential Tenant-Occupant member of the Project Area Committee should contact the Brentwood Redevelopment Agency at 516-5187. Qualified applicants shall be interviewed by the Project Area Committee for selection consideration.
