The Brentwood Redevelopment Agency supports and assists commercial, retail, and industrial development programs, develops partnerships with private entities, and funds public improvements and community facilities. These efforts act to catalyze and encourage new development, revitalize the community, build a healthy local economy, create jobs, and generate tax revenues within the Downtown and Brentwood Boulevard Corridor Project Areas. The Brentwood Redevelopment Agency also assists and participates in the creation, rehabilitation and preservation of the supply of affordable housing throughout the City. The Agency is committed to ensuring the redevelopment project areas are the kinds of city districts and neighborhoods we all want to live and work.
