About Us!

The City’s Affordable Housing Program is available for Brentwood residents, workers, and other eligible households that qualify under the Very Low-, Low-, or Moderate Income Category.

Based on the information that a person provides in regards to their household size and annual income is the first qualifying factor for placement on the interest/waiting list.

Applications will be available on January 15th for persons/families that qualify as low income only. The first 100 applications will be accepted. For more information please contact Sylvia Elias (925) 516-5305.

The waitlist for very low income is closed. Please check back at a later date.
