| Longevity Incentive Plan |
At 5, 10, 15 years, etc., employee receives a bonus week of vacation time, that year only. |
| Deferred Compensation |
The City administers deferred compensation plans through ICMA, VALIC and Cal PERS. Employee may voluntarily invest income on a pre-tax basis up to an annual maximum of $17,000. |
| Flexible Benefits Plan |
A voluntary plan that allows employees to set aside earnings to pay for certain eligible dependent care and health care expenses on a pre-tax basis. |

The City contracts with CalPERS for retirement benefits, therefore the City does not contribute to FICA. |
