• When does escrow close on the sale of the winery parcel to a user? Suggestion: not until they have Planning Commission approval of the design review and start construction based on that design review approval.

3. Language in VMC Development Agreement dealing with the Arts program.

5. Flexibility in VMC Development related to affordable housing.

6. Quick discussion of EMT facility – when does it get built in the phasing?
