1. Call to Order/Introductions of Task Force Members

2. Brief Overview of Previous Meetings held on January 16 and January 30, 2008
   Erick Stonebarger, Task Force Chair, gave a brief overview of the previous Task Force meetings.
3. Public Comment
   None.
4. Discussion of Proposed Solutions and Recommendations – Feasibility and Associated Costs
   The Task Force reviewed and discussed the solutions identified at the previous meeting to determine which solutions were to be recommended for implementation (shown on the attached document).
5. Next Steps
   Chair Stonebarger stated that each public agency will need to present the Task Force recommendations to its respective Board/Council for direction, and will invite the public agencies to meet and discuss actions regarding the recommendations.
