CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed on the consent calendar are considered routine in nature and will be enacted by one motion. If discussion is required, that particular item will be removed from the consent calendar and will be considered separately.

1. Approve Minutes of August 28, 2001

2. Approve Warrant Nos. 59383, 59477, 59864, 59863, 59927, 59928, 59955-56, 59973, 60044, 60098.

3. Approve a resolution authorizing the execution and delivery of an Indenture of Trust providing for the form, execution and issuance of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Brentwood Merged Redevelopment Project Area Tax Allocation Bonds, Series 2001 to finance certain public capital improvements and to refund the outstanding Brentwood Redevelopment Project Tax Allocation Bonds, Series A; approving the execution and delivery of an Escrow Agreement in connection with such refunding; approving a Local Obligation Purchase contract and a Continuing Disclosure Agreement; making certain findings and determinations; and authorizing certain other actions in connection therewith. JOINT REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING

4. Joint Public Hearing of the City Council and the Governing Board of the Redevelopment Agency on the proposed financing through the Brentwood Infrastructure Financing Authority of public capital improvements in the City of Brentwood and in the Merged Redevelopment Project Area. (P. Ehler)
