Purpose: A Community Workshop to discuss the Downtown Streetscape.

As a quorum of the City Council and/or Planning Commission may be present at the workshop, this special meeting notice is being issued for the purposes of the Brown Act pursuant to Government Code section 54956. Members of the City Council and/or Planning Commission members present will not formally convene as a body, nor will they take any formal action at the workshop.
