Under Negotiation: Price and terms of payment
A closed session will be held on September 11, 2007, for the purpose of
giving instructions to your negotiator regarding the price and terms of
payment for the purchase, sale, exchange or lease of real property. [Gov’t.
If the City Council/Agency Board renders an agreement final, they shall
report that approval and the substance of the agreement in open session at
the public meeting during which the closed session is held. [Gov’t Code
If final approval rests with the other party to the negotiations, the
City/Agency shall disclose the fact of that approval and the substance of
the agreement upon inquiry by any person, as soon as the other party or its
agent has informed the City/Agency of its approval. [Gov’t. Code
