As part of the annual budget adoption, City staff includes budgeted amounts for maintenance/service of public facilities and infrastructure. A recap of the budgets affected by this request is as follows:

The Purchasing Policy requires that purchases or services over $50,000 must be approved by City Council. In order to comply with the Purchasing Policy and to streamline the process for on-going purchases of goods or services, we have gathered the attached list of vendors and not-to-exceed amounts.

This list includes ongoing services for Parks and Recreation such as inspection services, landscape maintenance, janitorial services city wide, supplies, contractors to assist department with landscape design and developments, and park custodial maintenance.

Agreements for the services are not attached to this request. Prior to the City Manager executing the agreements, review and approval as to form by the City Attorney will be required.

FISCAL IMPACT
The purchases for goods or services are included in the 2007/08 Budget and this action does not amend the budget.
