This subdivision, located south of Balfour Road and east of Mt. View Drive,
contains 63 single-family residential lots. All public improvements required
by the Conditions of Approval for this subdivision have been constructed and
inspected for conformance with the approved improvement plans including
sewer, water and storm drain lines, sidewalk, paving, streetlights and fiber
optics. KB Homes played a role in moving forward with the necessary
infrastructure required as a part of the Deer Ridge project, including
construction of Oak Meadow Park and master planned water facilities. KB
Homes has provided a Maintenance Bond to cover the twelve-month warranty
period for the improvements.
As required by the Conditions of Approval and shown on the improvement

offered on the Final Map.
Upon acceptance of improvements the City will incur annual costs in the

funded by the General Fund and Measure “C” gas tax, with sewer and water
