REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING

CONSENT CALENDAR (07:44 PM)

1. Approve Resolution RDA-82 approving and authorizing the execution of an Implementation Agreement to the Disposition and Development Agreement between the Brentwood Redevelopment Agency and Sycamore Place II Senior Housing Corporation, and approving and authorizing the execution of a Subordination Agreement. (H. Sword/G. Rozenski)

2. Approved Warrant List dated April 27, 2004. (P. Ehler)

Motion: Approve CONSENT CALENDAR Items 1 and 2.
Moved by Hill, seconded by Gutierrez.

Vote: Carried 5-0.

NEW BUSINESS

3. Discussion and approval of revised Redevelopment Agency project priorities funded by the 2001 Tax Allocation Bond Proceeds and coordination with Capital Improvement Projects (H. Sword/ G. Rozenski)

Redevelopment Agency Manager, Gina Rozenski, presented a staff report.

Council Member Petrovich requested that there be two separate motions, one for the parking structure and the other for the Downtown Specific Plan.

Motion: Approve revised Redevelopment Agency project priorities funded by the 2001 Tax Allocation Bond Proceeds and coordination with Capital Improvement Projects excluding the parking structure and Downtown Specific Plan.

Moved by Hill, seconded by Gutierrez.

Vote: Carried 4-0.
Yes: Gutierrez; Hill; Petrovich; Swisher
Abstain: Beckstrand

Motion: Approve Redevelopment Agency project priorities for the Downtown Parking Structure and the Downtown Specific Plan.
Moved by Hill, seconded by Swisher.

Vote: Carried 4-1.
Yes: Beckstrand; Gutierrez; Hill; Swisher
No: Petrovich
