Reject the claim of Mercury Casualty Insurance presented on May 17, 2004.
Mercury Insurance submitted a claim to the City for an incident occurring on
February 26, 2004 on Sunset Blvd., two blocks west of Barrington. The site
of the incident is in Southern California thus the claim should have been
presented to the City of Los Angeles.
No fiscal impact at this time.
