SUBJECT: Subdivision No. 8768 Final Map Approval
In compliance with State Subdivision Map Act Section 66458 (d), and
Municipal Code Section 16.165.030, please be advised that the
above-referenced Final Map and associated Subdivision Improvement Agreement
have been presented to the City Manager for approval and execution.
Tentative Subdivision Map No. 8515, upon which this Final Map is based, was
approved by Planning Commission Resolution No. 02-39 on June 26, 2002.
Tentative Subdivision Map No. 8515 was amended to create 10 parcels in Phase
2, and was approved by Planning Commission Resolution No. 03-33 on June 3,
2003. This property, Phase 2 of Tentative Subdivision Map No. 8515, consists
of 31.51 acres being subdivided into 10 lots, and is developed by Donahue
Schriber Asset Management Corporation, a Delaware Corporation. The
conditions of approval have been satisfied, a Subdivision Improvement
Agreement has been executed and associated bonds have been submitted in
conjunction with Final Map No. 8515.
This Final Map has been checked for conformance with the approved Tentative
Subdivision Map and all conditions of approval. The Developer has provided a
cash bond in the amount of $3,300, to cover the survey monuments to be set
in conjunction with this Final Map and dedications for the appropriate
roadways, parcels and easements have been offered.
In order for this Final Map to be recorded, the City Manager needs to
approve the Subdivision Map and accept the offers of dedication as shown on
the Subdivision Map.
