SUBJECT: Subdivision 8491; Deer Ridge Country Club-Village H-1-A Final Map
Pursuant to Municipal Code Section 16.165.030 please be advised that the
above-referenced final map and associated subdivision improvement agreement
was presented to the City Manager on September 25, 2003.
Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map 7690, upon which this final map is based,
was approved by Planning Commission Resolution No. 93-2 on January 19, 1993.
The property, consisting of 8.19 acres being subdivided into 25 lots, is
developed by Lafferty Homes. As a condition of approval of the Tentative
Map, the developer will be constructing roadway improvements with all
required utility lines for Augusta Drive and Cardinal Court.
This final Map has been checked for conformance with the approved Tentative
Map and all Conditions of Approval. The Developer has executed a Subdivision
Improvement Agreement, the appropriate improvement security (Faithful
Performance and Labor & Materials Bonds No. 188-51-32 for improvements) has
been posted, and dedications for the appropriate roadways, parcels and
easements have been offered.
In order for the final Map to be recorded, the City Manager needs to approve
the Subdivision Map, accepting the offers of dedication as shown on the
Subdivision Map and also execute the Subdivision Improvement Agreement.
