CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed on the consent calendar are considered routine in nature and will be enacted by one motion. If discussion is required, that particular item will be removed from the consent calendar and will be considered separately.

1. Approve Minutes of January 14, 2003. (K. Diaz)

2. Approve warrants list dated January 28, 2003. (P. Ehler)

3. Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Redevelopment Agency to Fund the Construction Contract for the Brentwood Boulevard Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project – Phase II, CIP Project No. 592-5910, in the amount of $162,000. (G. Rozenski)

4. Approve a Resolution approving indebtedness of the Redevelopment Agency in an amount not to exceed $7,000,000 for the Purpose of Financing and/or refinancing redevelopment activities and approving related actions. (G. Rozenski)
