Approve a contract with Lighting Technology Services Inc. to retrofit City buildings to energy efficient lights and occupancy sensors. The cost for the project is $45,402.64. The annual energy savings is $13,459.32. With a payback period of 3.09 years. PG&E will rebate $7712.00 if the project is complete by September 15, 2001.
