On May 26, 1998, the City of Brentwood approved an updated Master Agreement, Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal Aid Projects, 04-5300.
The City of Brentwood was awarded federal funding for the Brentwood Boulevard Widening Project, CIP. Project No. 336-3054, commencing with the 1997/98 fiscal year. Authorization to proceed with preliminary engineering for the project was received in late 1999.
Funds were moved from the Walnut Boulevard Widening Project and added to this project after it was determined that the project schedule for Walnut Boulevard could not be met due to time constraints regarding the environmental process. This project now has $2,200,000 in federal funds allocated to it with a local match requirement of $712,000.
In order to invoice and receive reimbursement for right-of-way, construction and construction engineering activities completed for this project, a Program Supplement Agreement specific to the Brentwood Boulevard project must be approved and executed by the City.
