Request for Option to Purchase of City Property

to purchase city owned property at 161 Sycamore Drive, APN # 016-160-041.
Church Homes, the owner and operator of Sycamore Place Senior Housing
located off Sycamore Court, adjacent to the Public Works facility, is
interested in expanding its Housing Program and would like to enter into
an option agreement with the City to purchase the site now used by Public
Works as their Maintenance Yard.
