A special meeting of the City of Brentwood City Council was called to order at 5:30 p.m., City Council Chamber, 734 Third Street, Brentwood, CA 94513, with Mayor Taylor presiding.

Present: Council Members Becnel, Brockman, Richey, Stonebarger, Taylor
Absent: None
