Youth Commission Minutes - October 14, 2009
Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.
Brentwood Technology Center, Presentation Room
101 B Sand Creek Road

Jonathan Gee, representing Family Worship Center, addressed the Youth Commission in response to a recent newspaper article that discussed the lack of local activities for youth. He extended an invitation to partner with the Youth Commission and offer Teen Extreme events as a joint fundraising opportunity. The church has hosted these events in the past. The events have included a paintball course, climbing walls, portable skate park and other activities. The church owns the equipment for the activities. The events require the efforts of many volunteers to organize and thus, they are looking for an interested party to co-sponsor the events.
