The delay in finalizing the date is due to scheduling conflicts with other proposed school events using the theater. This agenda item will need to be tabled to a future meeting as the date has not been finalized. In the meantime, the subcommittee will meet to finalize the details for the movie night.

City Staff Liaison Gary commented that she needs as much advance notice as possible to design the flyer, set-up registration codes, and advertise the event. She also suggested asking middle school leadership classes if they want to be involved and help to plan the event. She also advised that the commissioners should start to gather raffle items or door prizes if they plan to have them at the event.
