CITY OF BRENTWOOD YOUTH COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES Monday August 25, 2003 at 5:00 p.m. City Council Chambers 734 Third Street Brentwood, CA 94513 CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:05 p.m. by Commissioner Cynthia Fredenberg. Other Commissioners present at roll call were Darcy Garrity, Crystal Hammers, Nicole Forde, and Megan DeGuerre. Commissioners absent at roll call were, Brian Fredenberg, Taylor Brinkman, Belinda Ordaz, Jessica Ordaz, Daisy Hurtado, Andrea Tate, Ashley Brown, and Brea Bryant. Others present included Poldina Scherff, Recreational Services Manager; and Adult Advisors; Kiko Ceja, and Dave Lang. AGENDA REVIEW: No changes to agenda. CITIZEN COMMENTS: There were no citizens present at the meeting. CONSENT CALENDAR: There were no items on consent. SCHEDULED MATTERS: 1. Discussion of Phase II of Youth Master Plan Job Resource. (P. Scherff). Staff had the Youth Commission practice the power point presentation.
