ROLL CALL and OPENING: Meeting
commenced at 6:33 p.m. Commissioners in attendance were, Coree Brown,
Stacie Del Chiaro, Cynthia Fredenberg, Laura Wenograd, Ashley Brown, Jessica
Ordaz, Lacey Barry, Daisy Hurtado, and Advisor Dave Lang and Maria Segura.
Parks and Recreation staff in attendance Poldina Scherff and Tim Taylor.
Absent: Commissioner- Casey Billingley

CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. Approval of minutes from regular meeting on November 6, 2000. Cynthia
motioned to approve the minutes, Lacey 2nd. 8-0 motion carried.
PUBLIC HEARING(S)

OLD BUSINESS:
OLD BUSINESS:
l. Skate Park: Staff reported that a meeting was held but there was no
action taken. The Park will go to bid in January and will take 120 days
to complete.
2. Youth Commission Training: Hewitt Joyner from the City of San Jose
will conduct the four hour training on January 27th. This will begin at
10 AM.
3. Ski Trip: The commission discussed the ski trip. It will be held on
February 24th and the buses will leave at 6:00 AM and return at 9:00 PM.
Coree motioned to approve the date and time. Cynthia 2nd. Motion passed-

4. Holiday Parade: The Parade went well. Suggestion for next year, Have
more candy!
5. CPRS: The commission would like to attend the sessions for the conference
to be held on March 14-17th in Sacramento.
