ROLL CALL and OPENING: Meeting commenced at 7:05 p.m. Commissioners in attendance were Coree Brown, Stacie Del Chiaro, Cynthia Fredenberg, Laura Wenograd, Ashley Brown, Jessica Ordaz, Lacey Barry, Daisy Hurtado, Casey Billingsley and advisor Dave Lang. Parks and Recreation Staff in attendance Poldina Scherff.

Absent: Adult advisor Maria Segura.

CONSENT CALENDAR:

1. Approval of minutes of regular meeting on October 16, 2000. Ashley motioned to approve the minutes, Laura 2nd. 9-0 motion carried.

PUBLIC HEARING(S)

(None)

OLD BUSINESS:

l. Fright Fest: Ashley and Lacy agreed that it was fun and went well. 26 tickets were sold. For next year, their suggestion was to publicize earlier and more and the possibility of opening it up to 6th graders.
2. Youth Commission Training: Poldina is still researching the training session and promises to have more information at the December meeting.
3. Ski Trip: The Commission picked a date for the ski trip to Boreal to be February 10 or 24 from 6am-5pm. To publicize, an announcement was put in the Park and Recreation Program guide and will be publicized at both schools. 
4. Homecoming Parade: Cynthia reported that it went well. 
5. Holiday Parade: Coree has submitted an application for the Parade. Commission agreed to decorate a truck. Coree made a motion to decorate the truck and purchase candy canes not to exceed $300, Ashley 2nd the motion. 9-0 motion carried.
