CITIZEN COMMENTS: At this time the public is permitted to address the Brentwood Advisory Neighborhood Committee on items that are on the Consent Calendar or not on the agenda. Persons addressing the Brentwood Advisory Neighborhood Committee are required to limit their remarks to five (5) minutes unless an extension of time is granted by the chair subject to approval of the Brentwood Advisory Neighborhood Committee. Please file your name with the chair on the form provided at the podium. Speakers desiring answers to questions should direct it to the Brentwood Advisory Neighborhood Committee and, if relevant, the Committee may direct it to the appropriate staff member.

CONSENT CALENDAR: All matters listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine in nature and will be enacted by one motion. If discussion is required, that particular item will be removed from the Consent Calendar and will be considered separately.
1. Approve regular meeting minutes of August 10, 2011 and September 14, 2011.
SCHEDULED MATTERS
2. ACTION ITEM: Update regarding the annual Christmas Tree Lighting scheduled for
December 2, 2011 at the Brentwood Senior Activity Center and prioritize how to use the $700.00 previously approved for event expenses.
3. DISCUSSION ITEM: Review BANC’s participation in Hometown Halloween and the Halloween Home of the Month winner presentation.
4. DISCUSSION ITEM: Review Fiscal Year 2011/12 budget for BANC.
5. ACTION ITEM: Determine details related to offering the annual Home of the Season contest for the December Home of the Month award.
6. ACTION ITEM: Discuss and approve cancelling BANC meetings in December 2011 and February 2012.
