1. Call to Order/Roll Call: Meeting Called to Order at 6:05 p.m.
Members in Attendance: Alfredo Garcia, Tammy Lynn Misenheimer, Bill Iles, Steve Smith, and Allison Cardoza. Council member Brandon Richey and Staff Barbie Gary were also present.

2. Approval of the Minutes: Due to a lack of quorum, this item was tabled until the March meeting.

3. Adjournment: Meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m. so members could attend the Downtown Streetscape Community Workshop in the Brentwood Community Center. Members Cassandra Youngblood, Claudette Naturel-Staton, and Valerie Smith arrived while the meeting was in progress.
