B. CONSENT CALENDAR All matters listed on the consent calendar are considered routine in nature and will be enacted by one motion. If discussion is required, that particular item will be removed from the consent calendar and will be considered separately.

The Committee will take no other action on the listed items. Committee concurrence that staff time or City resources be spent on an item does not signify approval of a particular item, just that the Committee wishes to have it studied further and the Committee may, at a future time, decide not to pursue the item further.
II. NEW REQUEST(S) Committee Members wishing to have an agenda item placed on a future agenda shall make a request under this section of the agenda. These items will be included on the agenda for the next BANC meeting.
