Mission Statement: Provide recognition of neighborhood efforts in Brentwood that bring about a betterment of the community.
These efforts can be accomplished through the Home of the Month program, attending Neighborhood Watch meetings, involvement in the Citizen Emergency Response Team (CERT) program, coordinating the annual holiday tree lighting, participating in Hometown Halloween, and other activities as directed by City Council.
Act as a supplemental resource for residents and/or neighborhood focused organizations related to information about City services, departments, and events/activities.
These efforts can be accomplished by attending community events such as: community information booths; fun runs, Marsh Creek Clean-up, safety fairs and Cornfest; maintaining a webpage on City website; submitting local newspaper articles; and taking advantage of publicity opportunities; and other activities as directed by City Council.

CITIZEN COMMENTS: At this time the public is permitted to address the Brentwood Advisory Neighborhood Committee on items that are on the Consent Calendar or not on the agenda. Persons addressing the Brentwood Advisory Neighborhood Committee are required to limit their remarks to five (5) minutes unless an extension of time is granted by the chair subject to approval of the Brentwood Advisory Neighborhood Committee. Please file your name with the chair on the form provided at the podium. Speakers desiring answers to questions should direct it to the Brentwood Advisory Neighborhood Committee and, if relevant, the Committee may direct it to the appropriate staff member.
